Hi Everyone,
I hope you are enjoying your last few days before break! In celebration of the holidays, we will be having a 2010 Starbucks event on Wednesday night from 8-10pm. Any drink, any size, on us.
Also, keep your ears peeled for information about the first annual 2010 HolidayTree decorating event. We are in the process of scouting out a tree that will be exclusively for 2010 to decorate with anything that symbolizes your faith, tradition, family,Princeton, and everything in between. For the tree decorating, I encourage you to clean out your closets and bring your old or unwanted clothing. We will be collecting articles of clothing and donating them to those in need. I will send out another email with more details later this week.
(Note: This is not the actual size of the tree we will be decorating. Actually, this tree isn't even in Princeton. I found this picture by typing in "Pine Tree" in Google Images.)
Also, check out the sophomore halftime retreat program, a three day retreat just for 2010. It is taking place from January 27-29, 2008 with an on-campus pre-retreat dinner on January 26. The sophomore retreat is free, but space is limited so apply now. More information and applications atwww.princeton.edu/odus/announcements/20071129/index.xml or email Dianne Spatafore dspatafo@princeton.edu. Applications are due by Wednesday, December 12th.
More to come! -Connor DY

Hi Everyone,
We are putting on a 2010 event with Amnesty International in the Murray-Dodge Café tomorrow (Friday) at ten o’clock p.m in hopes to make a difference for the cause of global human rights as well as eat massive amounts of Bent Spoon. We will be writing letters to improve conditions for prisoners of conscious or those who have been imprisoned solely for the peaceful expression of their beliefs. Come meet your classmates, eat some good food, and make a difference in the global community.
Also, here are some 2010 events to look forward to:
- 2010 Assassins
- Free Massages for 2010 during reading period
- Bowling
- Starbucks
- Laser Tag
- 2010 Anonymous Interactive Chat
- Movie Nights at the Garden Theater
- Class Gear on the 2010 Class Website
Also, if you have an idea for a fun 2010 class community service project that you would like to see put into action for the holidays, shoot me an email before the end of this week.
Only 12 more days until break! -Connor DY |

FIRE IT UP! The Bonfire, an event Princetonians have been anticipating for over a decade, is set for this Thursday night! The fire will probably be built on Alexander Beach to allow for the largest bonfire in Princeton history! The Freshman class had, by far, the greatest number of students attend the Yale game on Saturday...let's continue this trend on Thursday!
Fire It Up! Sponsored by the Class of 2007, Class of 2008, Class of 2009, Class of 2010, USG and ODUS Your 2010 Officers, Connor, Aditya, Michael, Phoebe, and Fatu |
