USG Projects Board Conditions for Funding

I. The organization promises that, ot the best of its officers' knowledge, the information provided in the application for funding is complete and true.

II. Further, the Organization understands and agrees to the following conditions to USG Projects Board Funding
Should the Organization fail to meet any of the conditions, the Projects Board may at its discretion revoke all or part of the grant or loan.

    A. The Organization will spend the proceeds of the grant or loan according to any and all guidelines set by the Projects Board, which will be explained to the Organization in writing.  Failure to follow such guidelines may result in the revokement of funds.

    B. The Orgainzation will report to the Projects Board Coordinator any additional funding received but not listed on its application, with the understanding that its grant or loan will be subject to review and modification as a consequence.

    C. The Organization will return to the Projects Board any unspent Projects Board funds remaining in its account after the completion of the project for which those funds were granted.

    D. The words "Co-Sponsored by the USG" will appear in plain sight on all advertising for any activity funded by the Projects Board.

    E. The Organization has a Princeton University Controller's Account (the number of which is given below) into which the proceeds of the grant or loan will be transferred.

    F. Within thirty days (30) school days of the date of the meeting, the Organization will submit to a Post-Project Report using the webform.

    G. The Organization will repay any loan within ninety (90) calendar days of the date of the USG Assembly meeting which approves the loan unless otherwise stipulated by the Projects Board and approved by the Assembly.  Any such stipulation will be explained to the Organization in writing.
