Dear Candidate,

Congratulations on deciding to run for elected office! Please read the following packet with the utmost care. Virtually any question or concern you may have can be resolved with the information that it contains.  Even so, should questions arise, specifically those pertaining to election rules and/or campaign violations, please feel free to contact either of the Elections Managers. For this elections cycle, Sophie Jin ’11 (Senior Elections Manager) and Addie Darling ’12, who can be contacted at USGVote@, will be the elections managers. The two of us are glad to help answer your general questions and resolve your concerns.

In the course of the election process, please pay constant attention to your email. We will be keeping in touch with you via email daily, and you will be responsible for following instructions within each of those emails. Also, we take running a fair election very seriously, so please take heed of every guideline listed in the packet. If violations occur, penalties will be assessed.

Most importantly, enjoy getting to know your fellow students in the course of your campaign. We wish you the best of luck in the coming weeks.

Sincerely,

Sophie Jin ’11 & Addie Darling ‘12
