Use the New Integrated Course Engine to Make Enrollment a Breeze PDF  | Print |

The latest addition to TigerApps, our collection of tools and applications for the student body, is the Integrated Course Engine (ICE). Authored by Gyeong-Sik Choi '10, Dan Huang '10, Becker Polverini '10, Yoonju Kim '10, and Alan Chin '10, ICE allows you to browse courses, see SCG reviews, and add courses to a calendar table to check for scheduling conflicts. Upon logging into ICE, you can provide it with courses you've taken or are currently enrolled in. Having a list of your courses allows ICE to alert you when you add a class without having the prerequisites for it. Another useful feature of ICE is its ability to print your current course selection to a SCORE worksheet, so you don't have to spend time printing your own, finding course numbers, and filling it in manually. Don't forget to use the tab feature, so you can keep track of multiple potential schedules easily.

For a full decsription of all of ICE's great features, check out its about page. Although ICE is a useful tool, it is in its early stages. It will not work well in Internet Explorer, so try it with another browser (e.g. Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Opera, etc.), though you may still encounter speed issues. If you find a bug or have feedback, contact Gyeong-Sik '10 with your comments.
