Benedict Wagstaff (aka Benny), the USG Social Chair, hails from many distant lands including his native Italia + Britannia. After mysterious journeys through the realms of reality and fantasy, and after having acquired a plethora of half-baked alter ego's, he found himself on the steps of Old Nassau.
